Frightening things are happening at Coeur d’Alene Elementary school. It’s Halloween! Saturday, 24 October, 12 to 5 pm is a family carnival-style event that kicks off with a kids’ costume parade 12:15 pm. It will be held on the Coeur d’Alene campus, 810 Coeur d’Alene Avenue, Venice.
