Planning will hold a “pop up” office for the Venice Local Coastal input 18 April 4 to 6 pm at the Venice Public Library, 501 Venice Ave. Appointments can be made between 10 am and 3 pm.
Venice Local Coastal Program planning team will have a “pop up” meeting from 4 to 8 pm, 21 February at the Oakwood Recreation Center, 767 California Ave.
According to team, “this is an open format where you will have an opportunity to engage with the Venice LCP Policy team and Project Planners for the Venice area. You are welcome to attend with any questions you may have regarding the Venice Local Coastal Program. Your participation is important to this process and we look forward to seeing you there!”
The City planners will once again hold a drop-in office at the Venice Library, 501 Venice Blvd, 23 August, 2 to 7 pm.
The Venice Local Coastal Program (LCP) team will have a workshop series on Sea Level Rise Planning as part of the Local Coastal Program, 10 am to noon, 4 November at the Westminster Elementary School (1010 Abbot Kinney Blvd).
Focus will be on aspects of the Sea Level Rise Vulnerability assessment. Venice LCP website is at www.veniceLCP.org.
