Murder charges were dismissed against Sris Sinnathamby, owner of the Cadillac Hotel on the Ocean Front Boardwalk in Venice. Francisco Guzman is still being held for the shooting death of Jascent Jamal Warren 30 August 2015 in front of the hotel.

Sris Sinnathamby, owner of Cadillac Hotel on OCEAN Front Walk, was charged with one count of first degree murder, contending that he initiated the murder.
Jascent-Jamal Lee Warren was shot dead at the scene and a second man was wounded in the leg.
Sinnathamby pleaded not guilty and is out on 1-million dollar bond. The alleged suspect to the actual shooting has not been identified or found. LA Times article.
