Street cleaning, if not posted, is once a year. It used to be that City would clean a street once a month if not posted. Now it is once a year. The City did not replenish the retiring personnel is the reason according to one driver.
Update has tried to get petition form for street cleaning from council office but so far have heard nothing. Street services is an answering machine; 311 is just busy. Carter wants to have regular street cleaning.
