MDR was alive with trucks Thursday. County Beaches and Harbors initiated “Beach Eats” at Mother’s Beach to complement their Thursday morning 7:30 am to 1:30 pm Farmer’s Market. “Beach Eats” is a double-line of gourmet food trucks assembled to meet anyone’s taste from 5 to 9 pm. Seating is the adjoining picnic area overlooking Mother’s Beach.
What is nice is that the whole family, both kids and dogs are invited. One little black and white dog had found his truck and started to howl, letting the other end of the leash know “this was the place.”
