Alleys need trimming and cleaning. Backyards have overgrown trees and shrubs extending and, in many cases, blocking alleys. Trimming and cleaning are the responsibility of the property owners, not the city. Sometimes street maintenance will come through and cut a tree back for safety reasons. Firetrucks must be able to get thru. Update has heard many complaints from residents regarding a street service tree trim.
