Seven medical marijuana dispensaries within the Pacific Division have had criminal charges filed against them by the City Attorney’s Office. In all cases, according to Claudia Martin, deputy city attorney, the city has asked for the establishment to cease operations. If found guilty of the charges, a dispensary will have to close and will be subject to other probation conditions.
Those who were served are:
Cal Med Access, 754 Washington Blvd, Marina del Rey;
Victory Holistic Care, 10955 Venice Blvd., LA 90034;
California Healing Gardens, 2501 Lincoln Blvd, Venice;
Green Cure, 1716 Main Street-Venice;
.Venice Beach House Collective, 904 Pacific Avenue, Venice;
Green Well Collective “Venice Organics,” 724 Lincoln Blvd., Venice; and
Green Cross LAX, 5593 W. Manchester, Los Angeles.
