JKJ Partners proposes a 3-unit single-family project at 2478 Penmar. There will be a community meet Saturday (Oct 26) 10 am to 12:30 pm at 2478 Penmar. Next steps will be Land Use and Planning Committee, Venice Neighborhood Council and then to Los Angeles City Planning.
