The story below regarding the Hutton’s is terrible. My company, (Remax) recently had the commissioner from the Bureau of Real Estate speak at a breakfast meeting; he addressed this scam. It is rampant. A person may track ownership through a real estate agent, Title Company or on their own. Tax records are public information, all info which I am sure you know.

I second that! Starting with the house on the south corner of Oxford and Washington! It’s so unkept and the trees have been allowed to spill over the whole sidewalk! I’m surprised the city has not done anything! Then the tree on the corner of Oxford and the alley at 715 Oxford! Trucks are constantly ripping off branches…..and then leaving it on the street!
About time we start cleaning up our neighborhood…..in more ways than one!

Ref: the rental scam
Yesterday was not the way we wanted to introduce ourselves to our neighbors, but we’re so excited to be part of such a supportive and friendly neighborhood.
Looking forward to breaking ground and moving after the New Year.
Denice has since decided to move some stuff in, start cleaning the back yard, have a cousin move in, and mow the lawn. Everyone is watching the house now. So before one calls the police, check to see if it is Denice or her cousin.

Ref: Billboard of late.
I sure hope there are no paint guns in the area. They could be used quickly and quietly late at night to alter the billboard messages, so I sure hope no one thinks of that. It would be disturbing to hear of how easily it was done.
Anyone devious enough to attempt to set community standards would probably be smart enough not to handle the paintballs directly (fingerprints).
Sure hope another solution comes to pass before this quick and simple statement is made by others.

Once again, the magic of the app MY LA311 comes through. The foliage in front of stop sign on Oxford at Dickson was trimmed. Should have been hacked off. The ping-pong table is gone. Two for two!
