I think this would be helpful information for a lot of people to have and pass around. This is a common scam in New York, SF, LA, and lots of areas where a lot of people rent.

Nancy P of Oxford …Always welcome to know what is going on in the neighborhood. Wanted to share with you; after our plants were taken off our front porch, we did install cameras in the front and back of the house. My point is it was very inexpensive to do it ourselves. Any activity in the scope of the camera is captured and emailed to our home (or any device where you receive emails) immediately. We are happy to share in info on purchasing and installing with anyone who is interested. Cost for two cameras including outdoor housing was around $300.

I emailed them on a Monday about the city tree at Oxford and Viola and they came the following day! Now, they didn’t trim as much as I would have liked (meaning the overhang into the street), but they did take out branches that were potentially dangerous during a storm. The city workers were beyond polite but could not trim the tree completely due to budget restrictions for “tree trimming”.
Still magic as far as I am concerned!
Reta M of Update …Shrub stuff. One resident of Triangle took pic of shrub shown in last Update to resident with overgrown shrub and offered to pay for half if money was a problem. This was written in a note. Another resident pinned information on gate.

Office people across street from motor home on Yale have been trying to get rid of it. Proper police offices have been notified. Yet, still there past 72 hours. Guy even exposed himself.
