This silver maple was planted after the house from Beverly Hills was moved on the lot at Howard and Thatcher, sometime mid 50’s, according to owner Howard Postley.
Ed Cline says he bought this pine tree from Sears in mid 50’s when he bought his house at Thatcher and Berkeley. Says he paid $1.50.
