Marie Hammond is appealing the decision that involved change of use of a commercial building to a restaurant and office with a full line of alcoholic beverages.
“Basically my appeal relates to lack of onsite parking and dealing with the 19 grandfathered spaces. Venice Specific Plan restaurant/office use requires 17 spaces for this site,” Hammond wrote.
Hearing will be held at 11214 W. Exposition Blvd, LA 90064, 5 March at 4:30 pm. Case is ZA 2012-2552(CDP)(CUB)(ZV)(SPP)-1A. It is too late to submit written testimony.
