Josh Svensson, engineer for Department of Public Works’ Oxford Retention Basin project, wrote “We hope to begin construction this fall so we can avoid removing trees during nesting season (January 1 – September 30) and then perform the work below the water line outside of storm season (October 15 – April 15) with an estimated construction duration of 1 year.”
