The applicant is seeking a beer and wine permit for on-site and off-site consumption. They want a conditional use permit to authorize hours of operation from 11 am to 11 pm Sunday thru Thursday and 11 am to midnight Friday and Saturday in conjunction with a proposed 7613 square-foot restaurant/retail/brewery with 2717 square feet of service area with seating for 187 patrons and 4580 square feet of office/retail with 987 square feet designated for retail space.
