Marilyn Roland read Mark Shocklely’s letter in last Update about Glen Alla park and forwarded it to a park ranger that she has been dealing with for Glen Alla park. Glen Alla Park has been a subject of contention for Roland for sometime and Update has printed pictures she has submitted. Here is ranger’s letter to Mark.
Dear Mark Shockley,
I received your message regarding Glen Alla Park. Park Rangers will be
addressing illegal lodging and trespassing in the park very soon. We have
been citing individuals in violation and have made limited arrests for
intoxication at this park.
We will relay your message to the LAPD Senior Lead Officer of the area and
other City representatives that we are working with.
I have included the text of this morning’s communication that arrived by
text message to my email.
