Community gardens are popping up throughout the Oakwood area. Last week’s Update questioned whether they were legal and gave the sites pertinent to history and legality. The guidelines were forthcoming at that time. Now guidelines are here thanks to District Director Debbie DynerHarris.
Finally, something positive happening in Venice. Maybe there is a shred of hope.
