Debbie Huber says the homeless have “expanded the trash” beyond the confines of the bridge. Huber says she has notified all the Senior Lead Officers (SLO).
They are likely hanging out with the Coastal Commission with their heads in the sand. If changing parking rules is legally considered “development”, then this is unpermitted development in the coastal zone: it is construction of habitations directly on delicate wetlands, limits public access to the water, disturns local and migrating birdlife and was done without any public input or review.
Where are all the environmentalist on this one.
