Area west of Penmar Park off Rose is a disaster. Most all the other areas are the same, except there are no encampments off freeway. Andrew Harris reported an encampment at Electric and Brooks. It was gone by Friday.
Saturday Carter was occupied. One gal has a serious health issue. She has round, open sores on her face and arms.
Back to Penmar. This is a City disgrace. It is a sanitation nightmare. A total health hazard. Call the County Health Department. Call your councilman. Photos do not do it justice.
