7.6M dollars for Something temporary. That seems ridiculously expensive. How much does it cost to build crisis centers when natural disaster hit? But on the bright side, the beneficiaries of this development besides the homeless is the general public. Sounds about right.
Read Garcetti’s website about why there is Homelessness. He lists six reason, but doesn’t include drug addiction. Is he clueless???

A three year lease for 154 beds at a cost of $20,000,000.00-is this possible? No wonder after $600,000,000.00 the bum population is up 16%. Good job Mr Bonin.
Obviously this not the best use of taxpayers funds, especially for short term use, the city and Mike boning and Eric Garcetti should be held accountable for for the waste, for trophy properties, we have solutions the city does not listen
