Mayor’s water fountain, as Rick Swinger,local resident and activist, calls it got re-plumbed (unauthorized) for a faucet that allows for a bucket full of water for bathing and other types of washing. A shampoo bottle was found near the bucket.
All water from 3rd goes directly to the children’s play ground on the beach near the Rose parking lot according to Swinger.
