Why doesn’t LA’s “Unregulated Encampments” have rat proof trash cans today? These encampments harbor rats as per LA County Health Vector Inspections! Why is it taking so awful long to get rat proof trash cans there? The county has them all over the beaches and they are only around $100/each. Why is SLO for Venice Beach vacant? Could it be all of the bums on Rose / Third being a royal pain in the ass to residents?
That would be my guess. I was excited to see there was a point of contact for non emergency issues. But there’s no one assigned to where I live, coincidently in the place that needs it the most, Venice beach. Thanks guys!
